Roasting Schedule

The exciting news is Archetype is growing and outgrowing our current roaster! Stay tuned for more news on a new roaster and roastery coming into play in the next couple months! Until then all orders will now ship on Fridays, in order to manage our current roasting workload.
All orders received prior to Friday mornings ship that same week. Orders received after Friday morning ship the following Friday. We will announce the updated roast/ship schedule as soon as we have our new roaster installed!

*Subscriptions will be shipped on their own schedule based on recurring orders.

*Competition Series and other rare offerings will be roasted and shipped when volume of orders meets minimum batch size.

I had heard that they have some breakfast options on Sunday. They had a biscuit sandwich with mushrooms, eggs and goat cheese. The biscuit was excellently baked.  It was super fresh and was just the right amount of flaky. I loved it!!!
